About Studio Alma.
A creative studio for beautiful ideas, thoughtful brands and a life lived with feeling. Studio Alma was born from a love of design, art, colour, travel and the freedom to create things that feel genuinely meaningful.
Alma means “soul”
And that feels like the perfect word for what I want Studio Alma to be.
I believe the best creative work has something of the person behind it in every detail. It doesn't need to shout. It simply needs to feel like you.
Design with soul
I work with people who are building something they care about — small businesses, creative entrepreneurs, healers, yoga teachers, boutiques, coaches, makers, artists and people creating a life and business on their own terms.
Sometimes you arrive with a fully formed idea.
Sometimes you just have a feeling.
Together, we turn that feeling into something tangible — a visual identity, website, artwork or creative direction that feels considered, beautiful and completely your own.
A slower approach to creativity has grown from my own journey towards a slower, more intentional way of living.
After years of working in London, I moved to Portugal and discovered the freedom that comes with having more space — space to think, to notice, to make things, to travel and to simply enjoy the everyday. That spirit is woven into Studio Alma.
I don't believe creativity needs to be rushed. I believe in thoughtful ideas, meaningful conversations, beautiful details and creating things that can evolve with you.
Inspired by everywhere
My creative world is shaped by the places I've lived, the places I've travelled and the cultures that have influenced me.
My Bengali roots, life in Portugal, India and so many other places in this world combining my love of travelling have all become part of the visual language of Studio Alma — colour, texture, pattern, nature, sunshine, the ocean and the little details that make a place feel like home.
I'm endlessly inspired by people who choose a slightly different path.

Studio Alma is a design studio, but it's also becoming something a little bigger.
A creative space for exploring ideas, making art, sharing inspiration and celebrating a more colourful, creative way of living.
Alongside brand and graphic design, I'm interested in the many ways creativity can bring more joy into our everyday lives — through art, travel, slow living, making, collecting, learning and simply paying attention to the beautiful things around us.
